At La Manufacture, burgers and bagels are baked fresh. We also make our own sauces, hummus, vegan mayonnaise, antipasti, gravlax, pastrami, desserts - actually, almost everything!

We use natural and high-quality ingredients, processed according to our own recipes.

La Manufacture prioritizes regional/Swiss suppliers, preferably from organic and Demeter production, and sources Fairtrade products. For example, organic fruits, beverages, and wine, as well as Demeter bread and coffee.

Our commitment to quality and environmental protection is also reflected in our to-go packaging, which is made from plant-based and biologically produced materials and is compostable.
